About
Who you would actually be dealing with
The single strongest trust signal available to a firm this size is a named human with a checkable history. Every claim on this page is meant to survive somebody looking it up.
Richard Williams
Principal · ChristchurchRichard has spent nineteen years implementing and customising ERP for New Zealand SMEs. He has owned three small businesses of his own, and he works as a virtual CISO across legal and manufacturing. He took a Masters in Information Systems at Sheffield Business School in 1995.
Jeff Herbert
Principal · AdelaideJeff has spent fifteen years building managed services, managed security and multi-tenant cloud in New Zealand. He was CISO inside a 100-person managed services provider, and he lectured in cloud and security at AUT for nearly four years. He now builds AI platforms.
A third colleague works from Auckland. The first conversation on any engagement is with one of the two principals above.
Why the firm looks like this
Senior people, and machines doing the typing
A redesign sprint at $7,500 and a working tool at $5,000 are both prices that a conventionally staffed firm cannot reach. The reason we can is that AI does the production work: the transcript analysis, the measurement, the first draft of the redesign, the assembly of the build.
What that buys is not a discount. It is the ability to put a senior person on the judgement for the whole engagement, because none of their hours are going on typing. Every line has a human accountable for it, and the hour caps in the engagement letter are what make that promise checkable.
There is no proof section, and that is on purpose
A heading that says "Our clients" above three grey rectangles advertises an absence, and that is worse than no heading at all. The moment there is one nameable client with a number they have agreed in writing to publish, a proof section goes in above this and becomes the strongest thing on the site.
