Find out where your hours and your margin actually go. Then decide what to build.

CyberCraft runs two things under one roof. A fixed-price redesign practice maps how your work really flows and puts a dollar figure on every friction point. A build team turns the fixes worth building into software you own outright.

The practice is willing to tell you the answer is to build nothing, because it earns its living either way.

Something is wrong and I cannot name it

Start with the redesign

Two weeks, one process end to end, $7,500 fixed. You get a map of how the work actually runs, a dollar figure on every friction point, and a verdict on each one: change the process, buy something, build something small, or leave it alone.

I already know what is costing me

Start with the build

A fixed price agreed before work starts, from $5,000 for a single-workflow tool. You see it running on your own data before the balance moves, and you own the code, the data and the infrastructure at the end.

What we build →

Both doors reach the same team, and neither one commits you to the other.

The practice

Two ways in, priced on what they cost to deliver

The redesign work is a business in its own right. It carries its own price, its own hour caps and its own margin, which is what makes it able to tell you honestly that the answer is to spend nothing.

One process, two weeks

Redesign Sprint

$7,500

One process end to end, around thirty capped senior hours, and a verdict sheet for every fix we find. Suits firms from roughly twenty people upwards.

How the two weeks run →
The whole operating loop, three to four weeks

Operations Redesign

$15,000–20,000

Three to five processes, sixty to eighty senior hours, plus the cross-process synthesis a single-process sprint cannot do. Built for firms of fifty staff and up.

What the wider engagement covers →

Thirty hours of senior time at $250 an hour is $7,500.

That is the whole of the sprint price, and we would rather show you the arithmetic than ask you to trust a number. AI does the transcript analysis, the measurement and the first draft of the redesign, which is what lets the senior hours go on judgement instead of typing.

Cheaper diagnostics exist in this market at four and five thousand dollars. They are either staffed by juniors, or they are priced as bait for the build pitch that follows and never have to cover their own costs. One avoided bad build pays for eight of these.

The build side

Software worth owning, once you know what is worth building

Most clients begin with one small tool that wins back their hours, and grow into systems their own customers order, book and pay through. Every price is fixed before we start, every stage is a stopping point, and you own the code, the data and the infrastructure from day one.

The catalogue is on the site with the prices beside it, because that is what makes the verdict sheets honest. A recommendation costed against a published price is checkable. A recommendation costed against a number we invent for the occasion is not.

There is no proof section on this site, and that is on purpose

A heading that says "Our clients" above three grey rectangles advertises an absence. It is worse than no heading at all. The moment there is one nameable client with a number they have agreed in writing to publish, a proof section goes in on the home page above the practice, and it will be the strongest thing here. Until then the site does not pretend.
